Returns
We have every confidence in the products we sell, however, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days, in its original condition, for a full refund or replacement. Please obtain proof of posting when returning purchases. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace them. Post and packaging costs are not refundable. We are not responsible for any return postage of packages that do not reach us, however, in the event of goods being faulty, we will cover the cost of postage and will refund or exchange the goods.

Making sure you can safely buy online is a priority for us. We use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for encryption of critically sensitive information like your credit card number. All credit card numbers are automatically removed from our system once your order has been processed.

We reserve the right to change the specification of products without prior notice. The title of the goods passes to the customer at time of payment.
